Willie "Billie" T. Tinsley

Willie "Billie" T. Tinsley, 103, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Billie was born on January 27, 1923 in Cleveland, Tenessee to the late William Thomas Utsey and Ressa Love Utsey. Billie was a retiree of Miller's Department store after a 45 yearlong dedicated career. Billie was also a dedicated member of First Baptist Cleveland for many years.

Along with her parents Billie was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Jean Adams; son, Charles Thomas Tinsley; step father, Charles Melton; her grandchildren, Brenda Mullinax, Chuckey Tinsley, and Brian Tinsley; and her siblings, Ressa Love (Dennis) Lyles, Jack Utsey, and James Edward Utsey.

She leave behind to cherish her memory her children, Sharon (Stacy) Bowen, and William Nelson (Mary) Tinsley; grandchildren, Jean Marie Kell, Glenda Culbertson, Lisa Morris, Robert Tinsley, Diana Smith, Kelly Scoggins, Kristi Repp, Jason Tinsley, Bryan Tinsley Patrick Tinsley, and Kate Dardis; and 20 great grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11:00 am at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
