Doug Stevens, 53, of Georgetown, Tennessee, passed away at Cleveland hospital surrounded by familv on Monday, September 22, 2025. Born on June 15th, 1972, in Decatur, Alabama. He was the son of Winfred Douglas and Patricia (KIyce) Stevens of Riceville, TN.
He worked at W.R. Grace as a Chemical Operator. He had a infectious smile and a great sense of humor, and wanted everyone to be happy.
He was adventurous, full of life and a Tennessee Titans fan. In his younger years he enjoyed playing the drums in the high school band, riding dirt bikes, going to concerts, and playing basketball. In his later years he was passionate about being on the river on his boat and with friends, he enjoyed camping and being outdoors, and spending time with his family and close friends. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need.
Survivors include his parents Winfred Douglas and Patricia (KIyce) Stevens, his partner Miranda Allen, his two sisters Lisa Hixson (Bobby); Mary Brady (Parrish); three nephews; Kim Troy Bradford, Tanner Bradford, Nicholas Brady and niece Katily Brady. Great nieces; Kallie, Ariel, and Auora Bradford, Audrey and Gwendolyn Brady and great nephew Cloud Cronan. He also leaves behind cherished friends Charles Carr, and Travis Cavitt.
He was preceded in death by his niece Jessie Brady
Visitation will be Sunday, September 28 2025 from 1:00-4:00p.m at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland.
