William "Billy" Fate Sims Jr.

William "Billy" Fate Sims Jr., 63, passed away on April 29, 2026. He was born to the late William Fate Sims and Sadie Lucille Hollenhead on January 28, 1963 in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Billy was an Ironworker by trade. He loved riding his motorcycle, and always owned a Jeep. He also liked mechanic work, and going fishing.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Audie Dean Sims.

Billy is survived by his daughters, Yokila (Scott) Parris, Kimberlie Sims, granchildren, Jaylen, Elijah, and Arianna Parris, and his siblings, Yvonne Rogers, Crickett (Robert) Cassity, Justin (Angel) Hollenhead.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Earls Cemetery at 2:30 pm with Pastor Scott Parris officiating.
