William "Buster" David Henry Jr.
June 12, 1967-August 22, 2025
Buster, age 58, of Meigs County, Tennessee, passed away on August 22, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of laughter, kindness, and love.
Born on June 12, 1967, Buster grew up in Meigs County, where he remained a lifelong resident, deeply rooted in the place and people he loved most. Known for his playful spirit and big heart, he never lost the joy of being "a big kid at heart." Buster found happiness in simple pleasures-spending time fishing on the water, boating, listening to music, and traveling when he could. At home, he had a special fondness for the animals that visited his yard each evening, making sure they were always well-fed. When he wasn't fishing, you could always find him at Riverside IGA helping his dear friend Neal and everyone else there.
Buster is now reunited with his beloved grandparents and mother, who all preceded him in death. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, William David Henry Sr; his sisters, Teresa Kay Henry (Neusel) and Sherri Renae Henry (Bishop); and his brother, Gene Howard Henry. He will also be remembered with love by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
To know Buster was to know laughter, loyalty, and kindness. His presence brought joy to gatherings, and his absence will be felt deeply by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date at Riverside IGA in Ten Mile, Tennessee, where family and friends are invited to share memories, stories, and fellowship in his honor.
