William David Smith

William (Bill) David Smith, 88, died on November 17, 2021. Bill graduated from Bradley Central High School and the University of Tennessee then spent 4 years in the Navy serving in San Diego, California and Kodiak, Alaska. His early business career was in Human Resources with companies in Knoxville, Nashville, Humbolt, and Chattanooga, Tennessee. Later he was with H &R Block for 30 years, retiring as an Enrolled Agent.

He was preceded in death by parents, W, W, and Laura Smith.

Survived by his brother, Bob (Linda) Smith, of Loudon County, Tennessee; niece, Debbie (Tony) Porcelli, of Snellville, GA; nephew, Dr. Robert (Angela) Smith, of Rome, GA; four great nephews and one great niece.
