Listen to Obituary

Rusty was from Ringgold, Georgia. Rusty grew up in the surrounding area of Ringgold, Georgia where he remained. Built his entire life around the area. Growing up, Rusty saw the dedication from family members of hard work along with being dedicated to family. Going to work at a young age, Rusty developed a love for helping others in need whenever he could. He has always lived every day knowing he has done the best he could. Knowing that even one good deed will never be forgotten by the person in which he helped. Always lending a helping hand to others when in need. Ready to make others laugh when he could see a need for it. Making jokes to the end.

Rusty was a father, dedicated husband, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, son, most of all a friend to all he met. Rusty lived his life as believer of God and of the Baptist faith.

He loved to fish, hunt, and farming in gardens. Rusty listened to thunderstorms and the winds that followed. Summer days were never long enough. The fall nights never lasted long enough. The snowfall never came to last. He loved the long walks in the woods. Listening to nature. He was sent home to be with family to live out his days on Hospice. Surrounded by family. Until he went to be with the Lord.

Rusty was a family man. Who was loved by many. Rusty and his wife (Brianna) had three children they raised as a family. Taking on a step daughter Isabella. Who he never saw as anything other than his daughter. With Liam and Elijah having autism. Days were always interesting. Rusty humor and love for life always made the day better for them.

Rusty asked that he be remembered by his love of God. To always stand by loyalty, faith and love. He wanted everyone he loved to know. He loves you also. He just wished he had more time on this earth to spend with his family. For his battle is over here on Earth.

Many friends who he has met throughout his journey on this earth. Rusty always lent a helpful hand to all who needed it. His love for God and family was most important to him. His final wishes and regret to his family he said, that he wished he could have had more time left on this earth to spend with them. That it's been a joy and a great pleasure to everyone whom he knew in this life.

Rusty is now at peace with loved ones who are with him in heaven.

His grand parents William Franklin Manley Sr his wife Alice Louise Manley (Lemons) Aunt Joann Manley Gann her husband Jimmy Gann. Uncle William Franklin Manley Jr. & Jimmy Manley. His mother Patricia Ann Carpenter.

He leaves behind his wife Brianna N Carpenter, their three children. Isabella, Elijah. Liam. His daughter Jessica her husband and their child (Rusty) grandchild to be. His Uncle and Aunt Eddie & Cindy Manley. Aunt Carlyon Manley wife of (William Franklin Jr) Cousins and their children along with their grandchildren.

Rusty will never be forgotten. His joy for life will never leave our hearts. For his memory will never fade. I ask at this time you send prayers to all remaining family and friends.

Rusty will be cremated. His ashes will be scattered along with his mother per their wishes. Keeping their memory alive with nature. May you rest in the arms of Jesus.
