William Benny Woods, 76, Cleveland, TN, passed away October 22, 2022, in a local hospital. Born in Bradley County, April 11, 1946.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mildred Woods; brother, Steven Dale Woods; stepchildren. Angela, Mark, and Adam Carroll.
Survived by his wife of 46 years, Jessie Woods; sister, Margaret Cunningham; brother, Dennis Woods; nieces and nephews, Tamara Helton, Shane Cunningham, Dera Hatfield, Steven Woods, and a host of cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM, prior to the service. Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
