Wanda Gail Guess

Wanda Gail (Shoemaker) Guess, age 69, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022 in the comfort of her home after a hard battle with cancer. She was born on April 14, 1953 to the late Sherman and Beulah Shoemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Guess; brother, Scott Shoemaker; sisters, Joan Price and Becky Lynch; nephew, Jason Price.

Wanda is survived by her sister Sharon Wimpey of Tunnel Hill, GA. Although she never had children of her own, she was blessed with a stepson Jeff Guess and many nieces and nephews; Mandy and Matt Key, Jeremy and Renee Price, Todd Newberry, Josh and Michelle Price, Zach and Nina Wimpey, Matthew Lynch, and Haley Silvers. She also had a very special great niece, Kylee Silvers, that meant the world to her.

She was a passionate gardener that loved spending time in her flower beds. As a living tribute she would love for you to plant a tree, bush, or flower. Watch it grow and delight in memories.
