Wanda Lee (Williams) Clingan, 78, passed away August 25, 2026, at her residence in Cleveland TN. Daughter of the late Herbert and Zola Williams of Dayton, TN, she was born March 8, 1948.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was also preceded by two brothers, Eugene and Elmer Williams; and sister, Edna Deford.
Remaining to cherish many happy memories are her husband, Charles Clingan; daughters Tina Sturgill, Tammy Brewer and Zola Couch; grandchildren, Bobby (Jennifer) Regan, Jr., Jennifer (Justin) Harris, Cliff (Andrea) Brewer, Rocoe (Annette) Brewer and Chris Couch; sisters, Janie Sisco, Bonnie Harvey and Margaret Lewis; many great-grandchildren and life-long friend, Troy Branan.
A Celebration of Life will be held September 19, 2026, 10:00-2:00 at Unity Church of God. Pastor David Rose will be officiating
