Virginia Harden

Virginia A. "Ginnie" Harden, 58, of Old Fort, TN passed away on November 3rd, 2024. She was born on June 30, 1966 to the late Taylor M. Gentry and Margaret (Raymond) Floyd.

Virginia was happiest when taking care of people, as she was a devoted wife, loving mother, and precious friend.

She is preceded in death by her brother, William Gentry, and in-laws, Archie (Arlene) Harden and Carole Alvey.

Virginia is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mark Harden, sons, Taylor "Tate" (Megan) Gentry and Wayne Thomas, siblings, Mike, Steve, Lee, Stuart, Tracy, Kim, Melba, Joan, Rosann, Donna, grandchildren, Aurora, Benton, Cias, Erin, brother in-laws, Steve H and Tim, as well as a host of family and friends.

The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home at the Ridge in the Shelli Cody Memorial Sanctuary.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 11:00 am, at Companion Funeral Home at the Ridge in the Shelli Cody Memorial Sanctuary with Dennis Hicks, Roger Fairman, and Larry Hamilton officiating. A graveside service is to follow at Lee Cemetery.
