Vickie Marie Thompson

Vickie Marie Thompson, 38, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026. She was born on June 28, 1988. Vickie lived her life to the fullest. She was full of life and energy. She loved going to church, swimming, and never missed a ride in the car. She was always on the go.

She is preceded in death by her biological mother, Rachel Holmes; adopted mother, Joann Thompson.

She is survived by her biological sister Sharon Tayse; adopted siblings, Bridgette, Cody, Ruby, Linda, and David; several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Annette and John Ferguson for helping take care of Vickie. 

A small graveside memorial will be held at the Smith Chapel Gravesite on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 10:00AM CST.
