Vicki Lee Smallen Hernandez

Vicki Lee Smallen Hernandez was born March 16, 1953 in Loudon, TN to parents, Rev. Paul Smallen and Cleo Jett Smallen. She passed away on July 1, 2025 at NHC of Athens, TN.

Vicki was a graduate of Central High School in Etowah, TN.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Paulette Bryan; and brother, Kenneth Smallen.

She is survived by her sister, Novella Smallen Hawkins (Don) and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank all of the employees at NHC of Athens. Vicki loved each and every one of them. They did a marvelous job caring for her.  The family also wishes in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to: The women at Well sent to P.O. Box 1127, Athens, TN 37371
