Vanessa Gaye Waters

Vanessa Waters, 61, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on February 6, 2021 at CHI Memorial Hospital. She loved cruising on the Cruise ship, watching Kam & Sam and Gavin play baseball, and playing with her dogs.
Preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Harvey; father, Marvin Gibson; grandparents, Nell & Virgil (Red) Dockery; son, Kameron Sewell; brother-in-law, Scott Swafford.
Survived by her husband, Charles Waters; son, Samuel Sewell; sister, Valerie Swafford; step-daughter, Sherry Waters; grandsons, Gavin Sewell and Gage Matott; special friends,Karen harris, Patty Scoggins, Christina Reynolds, Betty Ervin, Keslie Mason, and Stephanie Sewell;pets CeCe, Dusty, Scooter, and Abby.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 3:30 PM-5:30 PM at Companion Funeral Home with a Memorial service at 5:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Humane Society and The American Cancer Society.
