Travis Chapman, age 57, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on October 21, 2025.
Travis enjoyed reading his Bible and attending church, where he found great peace and purpose in his faith. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, and he cherished every moment spent with his family. He also enjoyed collecting pocket knives, a hobby that reflected his appreciation for simple, meaningful things.
One of Travis's greatest accomplishments was turning his life around and dedicating it to living for the Lord. His testimony and devotion inspired many as he shared his faith and witnessed to others about God's love and grace.
He is survived by his father, Forest Chapman of Cleveland; mother, Beverly Chapman of Cleveland; daughters, Christine Milam of Cleveland, Katie Chapman, Caley Oliver, and Alea Chapman; son, Timothy Oliver; sister, Mary Morgan; and grandchildren Nolan Milam, Skylar Milam, Aurora Rojano, Keegan Rutledge, Kody Rutledge, Layla Long, and Luna Long.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Charity Baptist Church, 4000 Dalton Pike, Cleveland, TN. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., with Shane McCann and Allen Burnette officiating.
Travis will be remembered for his strong faith, his love for his family, and the positive impact he made on all who knew him.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Charity Baptist Church with the purpose of purchasing a memorial bench for Travis.
