Tonya Renea Crawford

Tonya Renea Crawford, age 54, passed away on February 15, 2026.

Tonya was of the Church of God faith and carried her beliefs with quiet strength and grace. She was a kindhearted soul who loved deeply-especially her beloved son and her family. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was spending time at the beach, searching for special treasures while thrifting, or sharing laughter with those she loved.

For more than 30 years, Tonya worked as a talented hairdresser, a profession that allowed her to not only style hair but also build lasting friendships. Through her chair, she met many who became lifelong friends and confidants. In the last five years, she worked at Lowe's, where her warm smile and caring nature continued to touch the lives of coworkers and customers alike.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Geren (Granny); her paternal grandparents, Fred (Papoo) and Cora Lee Geren (Mamoo); and her maternal grandparents, Ed and Lucille Boling.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Danny Geren (Papaw); her precious son, Kinser Crawford; her siblings, Rhonda (Tim) Price and Matthew (Chris Shelton) Geren; her special friend, Tim Gobell; her niece, Hannah (Ross) Yates; her nephew, Harrison (Carlee) Price; her great-nephew, Hudson Yates; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at The Ridge Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m., with Ronnie Pearson officiating.

Tonya will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Geren, Harrison Price, Jason Duggan, Andrew Cranfield, Ross Yates, Johnny Duggan, and John Crawford.

Tonya's kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
