Timothy Alan Wampler

Timothy (Hickory Nut) Wampler passed away at his home on August 31, 2026. He was born March 6, 1958, to the late Jack Dempsey Wampler Sr. and Barbara Wilson Wampler.

Tim was a skilled and avid fisherman. He loved gardening, his family, and tending to his animals. He was a boilermaker for 40 years

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather, Gene Tunney Wampler Sr., and his sister, Kathy Diane Wampler Hixson.

Tim is survived by his children, Josh (Kelly) Wampler, Brent Wampler, Carla Wampler, and Mason Wampler; his grandchildren, Joy (Maverick), Massengale, and Loralye Wooden; Brother in law William Bill Hixson, his brother Jack Demsey Wampler Jr, Barbara Smith his sister, Christi (Matt) Flory; as well as many nieces, nephews, and special friends whom he loved dearly.

Services will be held at a later date.
