Timothy "Tim" Mowery

Timothy Edward Mowery (Tim), 60, of Spring City, TN, passed away December 28, 2020. He is the son of the late Wiley and Jean Mowery. Spending his later years at Watts Bar Lake, he was an avid fisherman and a huge Tennessee Vols football fan. Tim was very proud of his sons and loved watching them participate on their respective sports teams.
He is survived by his sons Justin Mowery and Jarod Mowery of Knoxville, his brother and sister-in-law Steve and Patti Mowery of Shelbyville, KY, and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews in Tennessee and Kentucky.
The service will be held at the Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN on Monday, January 2, 2021. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with the service at 7:00 PM. Tim will be interred at the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery in Knoxville, TN. There will be no graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Dementia Society of America at dementiasociety.org in Tim’s memory.
