Born in Salina, Kan., in 1959, he was the son of TSgt. Birley Stamper, U.S. Air Force (Ret.), and the late Donna (Gust) Stamper. After graduating from high school, he served with the United States Army in Germany before returning home to begin a career in residential construction. Fitzsimmons and Andy Stamper.
His mother, Donna, and brothers, Mike Fitzsimmons and Lee Stamper, preceded him in death.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the family home, with Pastor Corey Brewer officiating.
Tim was defined by his Christian faith, his devotion to loved ones, and a quick humor that made him beloved by friends and family alike. He was rarely without a story to tell, a laugh to share, or a quick quip about Elvis.
