Timothy Andrew Higgins

Timothy A. Higgins of Cleveland, Tn passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026 at his residence.

Tim was born to Crill and Joyce Higgins on July 19, 1955 at Speck Hospital. He was a graduate of Cleveland High School class of 1974. Tim was a unique individual who loved collecting one-of-a-kind artwork, music,and literature. He also enjoyed writing poetry and calligraphy. Tim was a talented chef, cooking for many family and corporation events. His biggest joy was riding his Harley through the East Tennessee countryside.

He had a passion for the outdoors and good times with friends. He had an adventuresome spirit starting a Rock'n Roll band (The Untouchables), winning a Mr. Cleveland contest, and many camping adventures. A lover of animals, he worked with pet rescue charities and kept rescue pets of his own. Tim was fiercely devoted to family and his friends. Family holiday traditions were very important to him. Although he could have a firery disposition and didn't mind a good argument now and then, it was countered by a huge, loving, giving heart, and he will be sorely missed.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents Crill and Joyce Higgins.

He is survived by his siblings David Higgins (Susie), Sara Beth Ledford (Jeff), Mary Joyce Higgins, and several nephews and nieces.

There will be a private family memorial service. Donations on Tim's behalf can be sent to a pet rescue service of your choice.
