Terry Wood

Terry Lynn Wood, age 51, passed away at home on July 20th, 2024. A lifelong resident of Murphy, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, James David Wood.

Surviving are his mother, Linda Joyce Smith Wood, brother James David Wood Jr. (Angie) of Germany, brother Danny Wayne Wood (Tina) of Murphy, NC, sister Tammy Wood Wright (Adam) also of Murphy, NC. Terry also left behind many beloved nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland, TN is in charge of the arrangements. A private family celebration of life is planned at a later date. Memorials can be made to Valley River Humane Society.
