Terry Denise Campbell

Terry Denise Campbell, 68, of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully while holding the hand of her granddaughter on February 15, 2026. She was born on April 13, 1957, in Knoxville to Carroll and Betty Hodges.

Terry was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her hobbies consisted of spending time with her family and friends. There was nothing she loved more than being in the presence of her loved ones. She also enjoyed being outdoors and soaking in the sun or even listening to it rain and looking at the stars.

She is survived by her father, Carroll Hodges; children, Misty (husband, Jay) Tucker, Rob Campbell, Eliza (Campbell) Burress; grandchildren, Kara (husband, Bryce) Hickey, Caleb Burress; great grandchildren, Aiden Hickey, Addalynn Hickey, Matthew Hickey, Bryleigh (BooBoo) Hickey, Connor Hickey, Caleb Hickey; siblings, Nerissa Dean, Stacy (husband, Randy) Boshears, Carroll Taylor (William Beall); brother, Dana (wife, Donna) Hodges; niece, Angelia McCarson; nephews, Johnathan Brackins, Emmanuel Brackins; special friends, Elaine Searcy, Linda Gillespie, Betty James and Regine.

Terry was preceded in death by her grandparents, Claude and Margaret Merritt, Lawrence and Muriel Hodges; mother, Betty Merritt Hodges.

Services will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 5:00 pm at Companion Funeral Service & Cremation Services, 653 Briarcliff Ave, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. 

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 pm before the service. Cremation will take place.
