Teresa Ann Millard, age 53 of Cleveland, passed away peacefull on September 2, 2021. She was born in Georgia on November 13, 1967 and leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, Thomas “Randall” Millard; children, Chelsea Millard and Joshua Long; and her two beautiful grandchildren, Sadie Kelley and Zachary Post.
A Private service will be held at a later date.
