Teresa Roberts Helms, 70, of Murphy, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Murphy Rehab & Nursing Home. Born October 27, 1951, to the late Van & Annie Laura Roberts. She worked in the food grocery industry for 45 years until her retirement.
Survived by her children, Jennifer (Jamie) Helms and son Jason Helms; beloved grandchildren, Rebecca, Zachary, Savannah, Laura, Logan, Chase, and Avery; great-granddaughter, Emily; very special friend, Randy Giresi.
