Tammy Head

Tammy Lee Head, 60, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 25, 2025. She was born on January 4, 1965 to the late James and Lola Finley.

Tammy enjoyed traveling, fishing, painting and listening to music. She also enjoyed boating, waterskiing, and riding horses.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her daughter Destiny Head.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Robert Lynn (Amy); brother James Finley Jr.; sister Sandra Flood; grandchildren: Ryan, Sarah, and Hannah Lynn. She also leaves behind stepchildren: James Lynn and Patty Lowe.

A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at 7pm on Friday March 28th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Pastor Roger Wagner will be officiating. Her family will receive friends from 3pm until the 7pm Service.
