Sylvia Pratt

Sylvia Jean Pratt, age 79, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack E. Crampton Sr.; mother, Edythe L. Backus Crampton; husband, Arthur L. Pratt; brothers, Gary Crampton, Jack Crampton Jr., and Robert Crampton; and sisters, Joyce Crampton Williams and Minetta Crampton Schoch.

Sylvia is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Robert) Martin and Terry "Bippy" Pratt; granddaughters, Natasha (Billy) Rock, Destiney (Jimmy Ray) Everhart, Courtney Pratt, and Shawna Deaton; grandsons, William (Jennifer) Dickerson, Arthur Angell, and Robert (Casie) Martin; 16 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Sylvia lived her life with a joyful spirit and a heart full of love. She enjoyed playing Bingo with her best friend, Dolly, spending time at the casino, and hunting for treasures in thrift stores. More than anything, she cherished time spent with her family, who were the center of her world. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
