Sue Marie Stath, 77, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home into the loving arms of Jesus, July 14, 2026.

Sue was born in Montrose Pennsylvania on February 1, 1949. After raising her children and divorcing from her first husband, she dedicated her life to serving Jesus in full-time ministry since 1992. The Lord took her to New York to work with David Wilkerson as the director of Hannah House Ministries, to Fort Wayne, Indiana to direct a home for inner city children, and to  Sheridan, Wyoming to direct a home for unwed moms. Sue served as youth and counseling pastor for many churches along the way.

In July 1998, she became Director of Pastoral Care and Dean of Women at Brownsville Ministry School of Revival in Pensacola Florida, where she served until 2002. After helping many in healing ministry with Restoring The Foundations, she founded and was president of Safe Haven Ministries, a ministry to the deeply traumatized and brokenhearted. She was ordained in 2002 with the Assemblies of God. Jeff married Sue in August 2012, becoming her partner in life, love and ministry.

Sue was preceded in death by her father, Peter N. Molenko, and her mother, Catherine A. Molenko (Babcock).

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Jeffrey D. Stath; her son, Bill Mead; her daughter, Cathy Mercer; her sisters, Bonnie May, Stephany Baughman, and Karen Molenko; her brother, Michael Molenko; her stepdaughter, Tamara Fossett; her stepson, Michael Stath; her stepdaughter, Erin Bradburry; 24 beloved grandchildren; 10 treasured great-grandchildren; along with numerous extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
