Susan McMahan

Susan Dianne McMahan, 75, of Madisonville, TN went to be with Jesus on July 20, 2025.

Susan was a woman full of love, kindness, and quiet strength. She had a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures, whether it was spending a day antique shopping, sitting around a campfire under the stars, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. She had a gentle soul and a heart that always made room for others.

To know Susan was to know what it felt like to be truly seen and loved. She had a unique way of making everyone around her feel special, her words were thoughtful, her hugs warm, and her smile unforgettable. More than anything, Susan cherished time with her family. They were her greatest joy, and she never missed a chance to show just how deeply she loved them.

Her presence was a blessing, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Little; mother, Dorothy Windham Clemmons; sisters, Jean Putnik and Shirley Terry.

Survivors include her loving husband, Steven McMahan; sons, Todd Little (Julie) and Steve Scott (Shannon); daughter, Rose Billow (Scott); grandchildren, Jory Little (Sarah), Caitlynn Swafford (Mack), Austin Bell (Tabby), Michella Thomas (Caleb), Brandon Thomas (Staci), and Zackery Thomas (Jordan); great grandchildren who she loved the most, Kyler, Oaklynn, Emilia, Thomas, Grayson, Madelyn, Charlotte, Anderson, Lincoln, Tate, and Addisyn; sister, Wanda Little; and many other loved family and friends.

The family is planning a celebration of life at a later date.
