Some souls leave a lasting imprint on every life they touch; warmth lingers long after they are gone.

Steven was one of those rare souls.

On July 2nd, 2026, our hearts were broken as he left this world far too soon at the age of 42.

Steven was the proud owner of GUTTERS PLUS ROOFING AND SIDING. He built this business with hard work, pride and determination. He believed in doing things the right way. What mattered to him most wasn't the homes he improved but the people he helped.

Steven loved animals, enjoyed fishing, going to the beach. Spending time with family and friends. He loved working with his hands and had a genuine curiosity for learning from a very young age.

He had a gift for making others feel valued and never alone. Steven was the person people often called, and he always showed up. His willingness to help anyone will be part of his legacy.

His faith and foundation with our Savior Jesus Christ guided his hearts actions. We find comfort in knowing the faith he lived by has now become his eternal peace and reality.

Steven was welcomed into heaven by those who went before him. His loving grandparents, Arthur and Myrtle Rhodes. His mother Jane Elizabeth Rhodes and sister Dawn Elizabeth Nation.

He leaves behind his precious love Teri Barnes and her son Donovan. He is also survived by many family members who will carry his memory forward along with countless friends that loved him like a brother.

To know Steven was to know kindness. To be loved by him was truly a gift. He will live on in our hearts.

We will miss him every day. We will speak his name and share his stories. We hold tightly the love he gave us. Until we meet again, we take comfort in knowing he is at peace through Gods promise. We will see him again.

Forever loved, forever remembered and forever missed.
