Stephanie Roszora Collins- Belcher, passed away at home with loved ones on September 24, 2020. She was a beautiful and feisty woman. She was born on July 24, 1964 in Sweethome, OR to Charles Collins and Mary Massingale. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, William Belcher; children, Echo Lofty, Nikki Belcher, Marsha Dockery and Carrie Patterson; grandchildren, Morgan and Piper Burcik, Lyla Motley, Taya, Elijah, Kyle & Colby Lofty, Becky Dockery, Timmy and Amanda Moses, Keisha Hobbs, Brittany McCullough; mother, Mary Jane Headings; siblings, Charlene Urban, Bo Collins, Jo Howard and Sue Gurke.
