Stacey Ellen Tyrrell, age 63, of Spring City, Tennessee, passed away at her home, surrounded by the love of her family, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Born on June 8, 1962, in San Bernardino, California, Stacey was the beloved daughter of Wayne and Roberta "Bobbie" Shoemate. From the start, she brought warmth, laughter, and light to those around her-a spirit that remained with her throughout her life.

Stacey was known for her vibrant personality, her infectious positivity, and her generous heart. She had a special way of making everyone feel welcome, loved, and important. Whether she was crafting with joy, celebrating life with her friends, or simply spending quiet moments with her family, Stacey poured her heart into everything she did.

Family meant everything to Stacey. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and she never missed a chance to remind them how deeply they were loved. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched, and her absence will be felt beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Bobbie Shoemate, and her stepdaughter, Ronda Tyrrell (Lee), whom she loved dearly.

Left to carry forward her memory are her devoted husband, Jerry W. Tyrrell of Spring City, TN; her loving daughters, Jacklyn (Frankie) Dodd of Spring City, TN and Stephanie (Lester) Mills of Versailles, IN; stepdaughter, Renee (Kenneth) Hooten of Georgia; grandchildren: Skylyn Moon, Jackson Dodd, Gage Dodd, Noah Mills, Nash Mills, Nyah Mills, and Legend Mills; and great-grandchildren: Chevy, Lennon, and Maya Dodd.

She is also survived by her siblings: Steve Shoemate, Sandy Lovelady, and Sheryl Proffitt, along with many other extended family members and cherished friends.

In keeping with Stacey's wishes, she will be cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time. Her loved ones will honor her privately, holding close the many beautiful memories and the joy she brought into their lives.

Though she may be gone from our sight, Stacey's light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
