Sherry Renee Whittle

Sherry Renee Whittle, 61, passed away on January 14, 2026, after a battle with a brief illness. She was born to the late Bill and Irene Whittle on January 7, 1965 in Ringgold, Georgia.

Sherry enjoyed thrift shopping and watching Alabama football. She loved animals, especially dogs.

In addition to her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by her siblings, Danny Whittle, Mike Whittle, Gary Whittle, and Connie Johnson.

Sherry is survived by her daughter, Amanda Hatten, son, William Whittle, grandchildren, Kennedy and Tristan Hatten, siblings, Marty Whittle, Jenny Hullander, Sharon Cummings, and pet dog, Fiona.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Plowman Cemetery with Rev. Guinn Green officiating.
