Sherry Diane Arms

Sherry Diane Arms, of Halls Crossroads, went home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Sherry was a member of Crossroads Church of God.

Sherry was a naturally kind, gentle person with a sweet disposition. She enjoyed the simple things in life: special times spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren; singing; drinking coffee on her porch; caring for her animals; riding motorcycles; and occasional trips to the beach.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Muriel Delaney and sister, Sheila Day.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Terry Arms; brother, Steve Delaney (Teresa); children: Jeremy Brackins (Kristi Hancock); Megan Nicol (Matt); Nathan Brackins (Stephanie); step-son, Corey Arms; grandchildren: Jenna Drinnen, Jack and Charlie Nicol, and Matti Brackins; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Alice Cole and Kathi Zechman.

Visitation with family will be held Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Crossroads Church of God, 4805 Fort Sumter Road, Knoxville, TN 37938, with a Celebration of Life service to follow. Reverend Jay Bell is officiating.
