Shelia G. Neloms Harbison, 62, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on April 20, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare.
Our precious mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, sister, has gone on to Heaven to await our arrival. She was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by her father, Billy Clyde Neloms; brothers, Jeffrey Scot Neloms, Billy Clyde Neloms, Jr.
Survived by her mother, Mary Hyde; husband, Joseph W. (Joey) Harbison; daughters, Tascha N. Harbison and Meghan A. Callahan; siblings, Gary ( Kathy) Neloms and Ann (Scott) Stewart; grandchildren, Scotland Callahan and Remy Callahan. In lieu of flowers, hug your loved ones.
