Sandra Sue Scarbro

Sandra Sue (Williams) Scarbro passed away on July 4, 2026. She was born on September 30, 1946, in Charleston, WV. She was the daughter of Elzie and Betty Jane (Martin) Williams.

Sandra is survived by her siblings, Darlena Frick of Palm Harbor, FL, Joyce Rice of Parrish, FL, Scott (Cindy) of Winfield, WV; children, Debbie, Julie, Michael and five grandchildren.

There will be no services at this time, but a Celebration of Life for Sandy will be announced at a later date. A special thank you to Pastor Ronnie Arwood and wife Tina as sell as the members of the Macedonia Church in Spring City.
