Sandra Jo Johnson, 66, of Cleveland passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in a Sweetwater hospital.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, James Johnson and Uless and Virginia Self, sister, Connie Mantooth, and brothers: Howard Johnson, Jackie Self, Tipton Self.
She is survived by her ex-husband, Alvin Johnson, children: Virginia Redmon (Albert) and Kenneth Johnson, grandchildren: Mary Barker, Ronnie Sholtz, Jr., Albert Redmon, Jr., and great-grandchildren: Bentley Sledge, Jacob Barker, Jr., Thomas Barker,
brothers: David Johnson, Jimmy Johnson (Paula), Jerry Self (Kathy), and sisters: Dyan King (Kenneth), Tammy Hodgson (Jim), Lynn Callahan (Ron).
The family will hold a memorial service on Wednesday, 07/03/19 at 6PM at the Spring Place Road Church of God of Prophecy.
