Sandra Beshears

Sandra Eileen Beshears (Green) passed away suddenly but peacefully on the evening of August 9th. She is survived by her husband, Paul, Sr., her sons Paul, Jr. (Jill), John (Allie) and Daniel (Laurie), her sister Patricia Sako (John) and her beloved grandchildren. Sandy was a loving wife and mother. She earned her nursing degree from Purdue University while raising three very young boys and did so with top honors. She went on to become a highly-skilled nurse serving in Intensive Care Units for most of her career. She was a committed Christian, deeply involved in her church. She loved quilting, especially with the church club, which provided beautiful quilts to people in the community. She was a lover of stories, especially crime stories. She loved Agatha Christie books and episodes of NCIS. Sandy was a woman of simple tastes, always satisfied with a hamburger or a grilled cheese sandwich over a fancy meal. She was a gentle soul who deeply loved her husband and children. Earlier in the day on the 9th, she reported to her son that she had had a good day. She passed that evening. We are grateful to God that her last day on earth was a good day and now with Jesus, her days are even better. A memorial to celebrate her life is scheduled for August 30 at Companion Funeral Home at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a service at 1:00 PM.
