Ruby Roderick

Ruby Roderick, 100, of Calhoun, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Ruby was born on March 21, 1924 in McMinn County to the late Ross and Alice Green. She enjoyed spending time in the mountains, her flower garden, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lake Roderick; her 11 siblings; and her son in law, Douglas Lusby.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Sam Roderick, and Fran Lusby; grandchildren, Cara Lusby, Stacy Roderick and wife, Kelley Roderick, great grandson, Austyn Roderick, great-great granddaughter Breille Roderick, along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Doris Darden for her special care during this time.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 3:30 pm at Calhoun Cemetery with pastor Ronnie Ledford officiating.
