Roseanna Marie Bowman

Roseanna Marie Bowman, 54, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026. Born on February 21, 1972, in Cleveland, Tennessee, Roseanna was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother whose kindness and love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Phillip Bowman, and her mother, Mary Lemons.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved daughter, Amanda Mooney; her son, Andrew Bowman; and her son-in-law, Matthew Teem. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Madysyn, Emmaleigh, Hayleigh, Sabrina, Lakisha, Retha, Destinie, Mylyndy, Addison, Katie, and Ashley.

She is also survived by her father, John Lemons; her sisters, Rebecca (Jason) Thompson and Reba (Ronnie) Cabiness; her nieces, Ashley and Alyson; her nephews, Cody Cabiness and Tyler Thompson; her stepdaughters, Jennifer (Mike) Ellison and Patricia Vaughn; and her great-nephews, Zeke Fox, Zayne Cabiness, and Wyatt Cabiness.

Roseanna also leaves behind several extended family members, her special friends Daniel Mulkey, Lupe Gonzalez, and Annie Campos, along with her cherished work family, all of whom will miss her dearly.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, with Pastor Lake Walker officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service time.

Following the funeral service, a graveside service will be held at 5:30 PM at New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Cleveland, Tennessee, where Roseanna will be laid to rest.

Though her time here was far too short, Roseanna's love, compassion, and the countless memories she created with those she loved will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
