Ronnie Eugene Lawson

Ronnie Eugene Lawson, 73, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday evening, May 8, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 3, 1953, in Cleveland, TN, as a son of the late Gene and Myrtle Lawson. In addition to helping his father install ceramic tile for many years, he retired from Rubbermaid after 35 years of faithful service. In his spare time, Ronnie enjoyed watching Western movies and tv shows, NASCAR and drag car racing along with spending many hours at the local VFW supporting his many veteran friends.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years Sherry Browder Lawson, one daughter Kristy Lawson and one brother Gary Lawson.

Ronnie leaves behind to cherish his memory, one daughter Nicole Lawson Hudgins and her husband Reagon, one son Hunter Lawson, three grandchildren that he adored Domiano aka "Don", Skyler aka "Hard Rock" and Paxton aka "Krusty", numerous other extend family members, special friends David & Whitney Chase, Eric & Carolyn Morris and Caroline Price, also many other friends at the VFW.

A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Chilcutt United Methodist Cemetery with Chris Peak officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
