Ronnie Carter

Ronnie Eugene Carter passed away at his home in Cleveland, TN November 18, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born March 31, 1976.

Ronnie was a beloved son, brother and friend whose presence brought laughter and light into the lives of those who knew him. He loved spending his time outdoors hunting and fishing, and he was also skilled in carpentry. Mr. Brown his dog was his best friend and was always by his side. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ronnie and Dorothy Carter. Brother; David Partin Sister; Tammy Partin

Left to cherish his memory is his long time friend, Melissa Grant; Brothers, James Partin; Jeff Lee; Steven Carter; Ben Carter; Sisters, Phyllis Partin; Amanda Dye. Several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Living By Faith Ministries December 13, 2025, at 3pm with a visitation prior to the service from 2pm-3pm.
