Roland Arnold Henley

Roland Arnold Henley, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026, in Cleveland TN. He was born May 16, 1949, in Chattanooga TN. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Shirley K. Henley (Chapman), his daughter Rachel Murray (Justin), and 2 grandchildren, Marissa and Kaylee Murray.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Minnie Henley; his siblings Virgil Henley, Jerry Henley, Nancy Curvin, Berna Henley, Clara Munger, Jean Weathers, and Joyce Henley.

Roland was the youngest of 9 children. He proudly served as an aircraft mechanic and military policy officer in the U.S. Navy for over 9 years in the 1970s. He was an avid movie goer and loved to hunt and fish. Above all he was a loving husband, father, and papaw.
