Robert Teague

Robert Lee Teague, 75, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 26, 2025. He was born on May 8, 1950 to the late John and Ruby Teague.

Robert was a Truck Driver and known as "Sugarbear" by many of his colleagues on the road. He enjoyed traveling, watching TV and eating pistachios. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother who loved his family dearly.

In addition to his mother and father he is preceded in death by his son, "Little" Robert Teague, son Wayne Corbitt, siblings: Eugenia Tate, Jane Handley, and Norman Teague.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 33 years, Rhonda Teague; children: Janice Rakestraw, Aaron Teague, Jason Corbitt (Delores), Melissa Armstrong (Shane), Miranda Peck (Brett), and Michael Allen; siblings: Johnnie Ruth Meeks and Kenneth Teague; grandchildren: Erica, Baylee, Briar, Michael, Brittany, Jennifer, Sami, Reece, Braxton, Kesslee Cole, Titus, Aurora, Averie, and Shea. He also leaves behind four great grandchildren: Jackson, Easton, Greyson, and TynsLee and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

A celebration of Robert's life will be held at 4pm on Sunday June 29th at the "Ridge Chapel" of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 with visitation from 2pm until the 4pm service. Pastor Ronnie Fuller will be officiating.
