Riley Eugene Jenkins

Riley Eugene Jenkins, 20, of Cleveland passed away August 6, 2019 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was a lifelong resident of Cleveland and had a strong passion for racing. He was a national champion in BMX bike racing from a child to his early teens and always placed number 1 in his age group. He was Baptist by faith.

Riley was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Chester Eugene Jenkins and a sister, Carla Bishop.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Sandra and Mike Swallows; his father, Kipp Jenkins; his maternal grandparents, Larry and Vickie Arp; his paternal grandmother, Margaret Jenkins; a sister, Candice Blackwell; step-sisters, Brittany and Tiffany Swallows; step-brother, Corey Swallows; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and friends without number.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 12pm to 2pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland. Funeral services will be at 2 pm with Pastor Keith Allison officiating. Burial will follow in Tasso cemetery.
