Rickey Albert Morgan

Rickey Albert Morgan, age 69, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2026. He was a man known for his humor, kindness, and deep love for both his family and his faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert R. Morgan and Barbara A. Morgan; and his grandparents, Ollie and Grace Morgan, and Lee and Mary J. Rollins.

Rickey is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Miller Morgan; his sisters, Vicki (Bo) Williams and Penny (Danny) Broom; his brother-in-law, Frank Miller; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He also leaves behind dear neighbors and close friends, Fred and Lisa Post, and Johnny Price. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Adoration Hospice for their compassionate care.

Rickey had a deep love for animals, especially horses, dogs, and cats. He enjoyed spending time at the shooting range and was an avid enthusiast of firearms. He could often be found searching for treasures at yard sales or relaxing while watching his favorite shows, including The Big Bang Theory, Reacher, and Walker, Texas Ranger. Above all, Rickey loved the Lord, cherished his family, and never missed a chance to meet new people.

He was well known for his playful spirit and sense of humor, often pranking those he loved most. Rickey brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone around him, leaving behind countless memories that will be treasured forever.

A celebration of Rickey's life will be held at Companion Funeral Home - Cleveland Chapel on April 11, 2026. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., with a service officiated by Pastor Adam Jones to follow.

Rickey's legacy of love, laughter, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
