Richard Charles Ross

Richard Charles Ross, 72, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in a Chattanooga hospital. He was born in Bronx, NY on July 10, 1954, a son of the late Walter Edward Ross and Louis Depreta Ross. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force after faithfully serving his country. Richard had a great sense of humor, loved tinkering with cars, and playing fetch with his four-legged buddy "Hunter". He was an avid NASCAR fan. Richard will be best remembered for his willingness to help anyone in need.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Kristine Ross, ten loving children, twenty-five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one sister Laura Dochtermann, one brother Thomas Ross, his four-legged companion "Hunter", numerous other extended family members and host of special friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 12-4 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN.
