Retha Colleen Frankland

Retha Colleen Frankland, 65, of Cleveland, TN, passed away February 11, 2023, at a local hospital. Born April 16, 1957, to the late Clarence and Imagene Foster in Modesto, California and of the Pentecostal faith. She was a loving wife, mother, auntie and Mimi. A peacemaker, bridge-builder and fierce prayer warrior.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Craig Foster.

Survived by her loving husband, Terrell Keith Frankland; daughters, Laura Jean Killefer and Rebecca Anne Barnes; siblings, Ledon Foster, Rebecca Speaks, Jerry Foster, Glenda Cabales, Deborah Stockham, Roger Foster, Karen Wood, and Bobby Foster; grandchildren, Weston Keith Barnes, Michaela Jean Cherry, Annika Marie Barnes, Mercedes Anne Killefer, and Jack Rogers Killefer; sons-in-law, Mark Killefer and Michael Barnes; grandson-in-law, Kurtis Cherry.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2023, 3:00 PM at Turning Point Community Church. The service will also be livestreamed on the Church facebook page as well.
