Reed Buckner, Sr.

Reed Buckner, Sr., 84, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on February 27, 2021. He was of the Christian faith and affiliated with Church of God. Reed loved the Lord, church, and gospel music. He enjoyed yardwork, gardening, and porch sittin’ with family and friends. Never passed up an opportunity for a good trade of any kind. He enjoyed his retirement years, spending time with his loving wife of 64 years, kids, and grandkids.
Preceded in death by his parents, Callie & John Buckner, brothers, and sisters.
Survived by his wife, Alda Buckner; son, Reed (Teresa) Buckner, Jr.; daughters, Barbara (Neal) Dover and Patricia (Ed) Rodden; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at The Tree of Life Church with the service to begin at 6:00 P.M. Pastor Russell Coffey, officiating. Burial will be held at Conasauga Cemetery on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.
