Rebecca Ann Ratledge, age 57, of Athens, Tennessee, passed away on April 11, 2026. She was born on July 29, 1968.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, James Arthur "Oath" Ratledge and Irene Dodson Ratledge; her brother, Randal Lynn Ratledge; and her sister, Stella Rose Webb.

She is survived by her loving children, Shawn Edward Phillips and Kindra Shea Phillips (William); her cherished grandchildren, Miguel, Dulce, Diego Loredo, Emily Fisher, Alexis and Eli Phillips; her sisters, Diane Dodson and Faye Walker (Donny); as well as several nieces and nephews, all of whom were very special to her heart.

The family will host a private memorial service at a later date.
