Raymond Monroe Clonce

Raymond Monroe Clonce, 69 of McDonald, TN was called to his heavenly home October 20,2026 following recent health hardships. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Lona Louise Mewborn also of McDonald. A brother Eugene Lynn, and sister Mary Faye Brikley. 

He is survived by his children and grandchildren. One son, Travis J. Clonce, McDonald, TN. One daughter, Courtney B. (Clonce) Steve of Cleveland, TN. Grandsons, Zane Colebrooke Steve, Zander Cayden Steve, both of Cleveland, TN. Sibling include three brothers Donnie Lynn and Alex Clonce, both of McDonald, TN, Tony Clonce, Rossville, GA. One sister Elizabeth Burson, McDonald TN.

Raymond will be remembered as a gentle, kind and caring man, son, brother, father and grandfather throughout his life. Often addressed as "Mr. R.C.", he enjoyed holidays, his pets, camping, muscle cars, and trips to the beach; above all he enjoyed time spent with beloved family.

Raymond attended Tyner High School and was employed in past years in Chattanooga, TN at Power Distributors and Goodyear, Inc.

A private memorial celebration of life will be held on November 21, 2026, at 12 noon at the daughter's residence located at 160 Gilliland Drive SE, Cleveland, TN 37323.
