Phyllis Estelle Hamilton

Phyllis Estelle (Wilhoit) Hamilton, 72, passed away in Cleveland, TN, July 6, 2026. Daughter of the late Finley and Joan (Poe) Wilhoite, Phyllis was born March 31, 1954, in Chattanooga, TN.

Phyllis leaves, to cherish the many happy memories, her son, Daniel Stover; her brother and his family, David and Peggy Wilhoite and sons Brian, Kevin and Andrew Wilhoite.

Preceding her in death are husband, Albert Hamilton; son, Joel Stover; stepson, Joey Hamilton; brother, Steven Wilhoite, as well as her parents.

The family wishes to thank Hearth Hospice and Hospice of Chattanooga, Cleveland team, for their loving care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Salvation Army.

In accordance with Phyllis's wishes, her remains will be placed at Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.
